Princess of the Day!!

While Jack and Jason were at the mountain, Lauren had the title of "Princess of the Day." This title would have been good enough for Lauren, but little did she know that I had planned a fun girlie day all for her.Princess Lauren ready to head out for our fun day.
First stop, Nordstrom for some new ballet flats. Lauren's feet just grew, so she has NO shoes that fit her right now. I think she liked her balloon more than her new shoes! While we were walking around Washington Square, everyone stopped us to tell Lauren how cute she looked in her tutu. Yeah, she LOVED it!

Next stop, Build-A-Bear. First she picked out her bear. Shocking...she picked the pink one!
Waiting in line to stuff her bear.
She loved giving her new bear a bath and combing her hair.
"Look at this brush, Mommy!"
Next, we picked out her bear's outfit. Of course, Lauren picked out a pink shirt with princesses on it. Followed with a pink skirt, tiara, wand and pink shoes to match.
Decisions, decisions...Can't you just see her doing this in 10 yrs. with her own clothes. I can hear her now, "Mom, I just can't decide what to wear to school." Oh boy...
All finished!! She named her bear Princess Bear. Shocking...
After lunch and naps, it was off to get Lauren's nails done. This is the first time she has ever had painted nails. She sat SO still in the chair and almost cried when it was time to go. She asked me if she could get it done again.
Happy as can be!
I love my little princess! We had such a fun day together!
