Weekend Fun

Oh what a weekend we had. Sat. was Elizabeth's first bday party at a park and Sun. was a bbq at Amy and Todd's. The kids loved every moment, as you will see.Celebrating Elizabeth's bday with cupcakes!
Lauren is getting so independent. It took her a few min. to warm up, but after that she was off playing in the park and riding this fire truck.


Lauren enjoyed climbing on these rocks. I would try to help her, but she was say, "No, me do it."I thought for sure it would end with her falling and getting hurt, but she was right, she did it without injury.

After the party, we headed to Red Robin. Lauren thought she was looking pretty cool in these shades.
Here are Jack and Gunnar playing catch in their backyard. Jack tried his best, and Gunnar was so patient with Jack who is still learning how to catch a ball.

There are great trees in the backyard, so the kids liked sitting in them.
