Another great weekend quickly came and left. On Friday evening, Jason and I golfed with Amy and Todd. Saturday, the MacDonald's came over for a little bbq. The kids all played a ton. Then last night we went over to our friend Mallary and Kyle's house. Jack and Lauren played with Luke and Chloe the entire time. Jack even cried when it was time for us to go home. It is great to see the kids playing so well with each other. Here are some pictures of our weekend!
The kids ready to help Jason mow the lawn.
Eating dinner outside.
Maren and Jack did a singing performance for Jack's animals on Sat. night. We wanted them to sing for us as well, and Jack was willing, but Maren was a little shy and just listened to Jack sing instead. The kid's imanginations are so fun right now. I totally remember doing performances when I was a kid too.
Oops, this one got in there twice....
It was so late the kids were trying to tell us that everyone would just sleep at our house. All the kids were in on the "fake sleeping plan", but Lauren....she didn't get it at all. The others thought they were so funny "sleeping" on the couch.
Last night, we went to the Olson's for dinner. Luke and Jack's bdays are only one day apart and Chloe and Lauren's bdays are only 10 days apart. How perfect is that???? They ran around the yard and played in the kids' rooms the entire night.
Lauren followed Luke around all night. He was so sweet with her~
Everyone was happy when ice cream came out. What a great way to end the weekend!
