We got back from Sunriver two weeks ago and I am FINALLY putting pictures up of our trip! I am way behind on blogging. We have been so busy lately. It seems there is something during the day and night most days of the week and we have hosted some really fun events at our house in the past weekends which have added to the craziness!
We were so lucky to have a few different friends in Sunriver the same time we were there. Here are our friends the Tyackes. The kids could have swam all day. They were having a great time in the pool together. We also got to go on a fun bike ride with the Kolberg family during our stay. It was great that the kiddos got to do so much swimming and biking during our vacation.
South pool waterslide was a HIT! There was a pool much closer to our house, but the kids wanted to do the waterslide. Here is Lauren.
Jack wanted to go as fast as he could down the slide. He was told to lay on his back with his hands behind his head for maximum speed!
Twins!!
Our good family friends, the Blooms, were in Sunriver for the wedding. They had a house on the same street. Jack, Lauren and Charlie had SO much fun playing with the girls. They are still talking about the fun they had playing!
Jack LOVED Gary! They went on bike rides together and Jack couldn't stop talking about him.
Pony rides! The kiddos are used to the big horses in Black Butte, so this was a bit of a disappointment.
Jack is so into bumper cars lately. He begged to go on them in Sunriver. I love his big smile in the above picture. He was laughing the entire time. I was pretty impressed he figured out how to drive the car around. I was having a hard time?!?
Poor Lauren wasn't tall enough for the ride. She is always such a good sport about things. She and Nana watched Jack!
They had a few bounce houses set up in the village.
All four going down the slide at the same time.
When I grew up, the Bloom and Gryziec family would vacation together in the summer. My dad and Gary hosted the Beach Olympics during our Priest Lake vacations. We had a modified "Beach Olympics" on this trip on our last day in the backyard. Here is Jack during one of the events.
Lauren having fun with the discus throw.
You should have seen Charlie watching the "Olympic" events. He was kicking his legs all around. You can tell he really wants to be on the go and keep up with his brother and sister. I can't wait until he can!
You can't go to Sunriver without a trip to Goodies for ice cream!
