Jackson could barely wait to decorate our Christmas tree. He was SO excited and loved picking out the ornaments and putting them on the tree. He got his "ladder" out and put some of them "up high" on the tree. He did a great job helping and our tree looks beautiful.

Lauren even got to help decorate. She picked out her ornament and tried to put it on the tree.

Jack is directing Lauren on the exact placement of her ornament. You can see that she is really paying attention to what her brother is telling her.
We had to encourage Jack to put a few down low. He loved being on his ladder, and we had most of the ornaments in one area of the tree.

Jack's silly face. We decorated the tree after dinner...can you imagine bedtime that night? We had to read a few more books than usual to get the kids calm enough to think about sleeping.

She would climb on the box, get off, and then do it all over again.

Here is my attempt to get a cute picture of both kids. It doesn't really work...I tried a few times and then just gave up.
