Out of this World!!

We made it out of the house today to do something other than go to the store. We took the kids to Out of this World...(I don't know who was more excited, the kids or me. I was going crazy being inside our house so much.) Anyway, what fun we had. We were there for 2 and 1/2 half hours and I think Jack could have been there all day. Lauren is now getting old enough to enjoy playing on the bouncy structure and going down the slide. Boy, did Jason and I get a good workout in....we ran around with the kids the entire time. Needless to say, the kids are taking a good nap today...and I am not too far behind them!

Can you see Jack way up there? Yea, that is about 25 feet up and he goes down the slide all by himself! I love that he is so daring. He really isn't afraid of too much.

My eyes would be open that wide too if I went down a slide that big at 2 1/2 years old. Sometimes he would scream the entire way down and it was so loud everyone in the place could hear it. At least, we all knew he was having a GREAT time!!!This is a new feature at Out of this World. I think it is geared for kids over 5, because they have another one that is smaller for kids under 5. Anyway, this slide is SO fast. Jack needed some help getting up to the top, but once he was there he would call down to us..."I'm going to rip down this thing!" And, off he would go.
Laid back heading down the slide.
Lauren was cracking me up too. She wanted to do everything Jack did. It was hard to contain her. Here she is in the bouncy castle. She would have gone down all of the slides if we would have let her.

Here we are riding the cars.
Can you see Jack in the striped shirt? He enjoyed riding the cars with all the other kids.
Lauren would go down this slide all by herself.
You can tell that she is having a good time.

Check out the video of Jack cruising down the slide. I tried to get him to say "I'm going to rip down the slide." But, missed it. Oh well.

I also had to add the below pictures of Lauren at home this morning. First, check out her super cute outfit with her red hightop converse shoes. So stylish...

The other reason I posted this was....did you notice??? Lauren is standing with no assistance. Yup, I have to officially say that she is walking. The past two days have been unbelievable. She will walk 10-15 feet on her own. Sometimes she goes from the couch to the table by herself without any prompting. I am so proud of her!! Way to go Lauren. I knew you would have it down by Christmas!!!
