We had a great day today. First, we went to Lauren's kidney dr. for a blood pressure check. For the second time in a row, her bp was normal...yes, her bp is regulated by medication, but it is so nice that it is finally in the "normal" category. It's no longer dangerously high as it was in the Fall. Now, we are just hoping her bp goes down a bit, so we can lower her meds. Keep your fingers crossed. Also, we don't have to go back for another hypertension check for 4 months!!!! That is amazing. We have been going to her kidney dr. almost every month since her hospital stay last Sept. Things are getting so much better for Lauren medically. I am so happy and can't wait to see her to continue to recover from all of her medical issues.
After naps the Baker's came over to our house for a playdate. Ethan and Jack ran upstairs to the playroom and played with cars and trucks. (Their favorite activity.) They played so well together, that I almost forgot they were up there a few times. But, each time April and I checked on them, they were playing perfectly together. While the boys were playing, Lauren tried to "play" with Amelia. Lauren tried to give Amelia blocks, but at only 3 months old, Amelia seemed content just watching Lauren. The girls are so cute. I just can't wait until they are a bit older and can interact together.

Ethan and Jack
So cute with the same expression on their faces.
The girls both smiling at April.
